Spark of Life is one of the purest and most direct forms of energy work available. It works beyond the etheric matrix and chakra system altogether, allowing healing light to flow directly to the core of your being — the original spark of life that first animated you.
This way of working traces back to the ancient temples of Egypt — developed for the Priests and Priestesses who served there, to rejuvenate their entire being so they could sustain long hours of service, and carried forward through direct transmission rather than public teaching.
Because the work happens at this deeper level, distance is no barrier. Wherever you are in the world, the same original spark of life within you can be reached, and reawakened.

I trained and was certified as a Healer at the Modern Mystery School’s Healers Academy in May 2022, and I hold Spark of Life — along with the other energy healing modalities I offer — within that certified practice, re-verified annually.

Spark of Life is a distance energy healing session that works beyond the etheric matrix and chakra system, channelling pure life-force energy directly to your core. It was developed for Priests and Priestesses in the ancient temples of Egypt to sustain them through long hours of service, and is offered here as a single remote session — wherever you are in the world.
We agree on a time in advance. At that time, you simply rest somewhere quiet and comfortable — lying down or seated, wherever you won't be disturbed — while I do the energetic work remotely. There is nothing you need to do during the session itself, other than allow yourself to receive.
Sensations vary from person to person: some feel warmth, tingling, or a wave of emotion; others feel deeply relaxed or even fall asleep; some notice very little in the moment and feel the shift more in the hours or days after. There is no "right" way to experience it.
The full appointment runs about 75 minutes: roughly 60 minutes of active healing, plus a short talk before and after so we can check in on what came up.
Energy is not bound by physical distance the way objects are — this is the same underlying principle behind distance Reiki and intercessory prayer, practised across many traditions for centuries. Your consent, and knowing roughly when you'll be resting quietly to receive it, is all that's needed for the connection to be made.
No preparation is required, and no experience with energy work is expected. It helps to drink some water beforehand and afterward, and to give yourself a few quiet minutes after the session rather than rushing straight back into your day.
It can be received entirely on its own, or alongside other work. Where Life Activation opens your energetic blueprint for the first time, Spark of Life is often used to replenish and restore — either afterward, or independently, whenever your energy needs direct renewal.
